Our Facility

This prestigious clinic is located at 44 Hughes Road in the south entrance of the Madison Professional Centre (next door to the post office).  With the recent expansion and remodeling, Eagle Rehab now spans almost 6000 square feet which includes a pediatric gym, handwriting room, infant room, massage suite and our physical therapy and wellness gym. 

Eagle Rehab's physical therapists have the privilege of using the newest technology in pain modalities for their patients as well as utilizing top of the line fitness equipment.
