Physical Therapists

Scott Pruitt, PT

Scott is a 1998 graduate of the University of South Alabama. Prior to opening Eagle Rehab, Inc. in 2005, he gained extensive experience in orthopaedics and spine rehabilitation working in other outpatient clinics. Over the last four years Scott has trained directly under Ron Hruska, PT, founder of the Postural Restoration Institute as well as Bud Ferrante, PT, founder of BacktoGolf. He is one of very few physical therapists in the Southeast using the highly successful Postural Restoration method. In 2006, Scott was invited to work at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-am, working with PGA Golfers as well as TV personalities and Sports Professionals.

Mandy Gennick, MSPT

Mandy is a 2003 graduate of Andrews University in Michigan. She began her career in a hospital outpatient clinic with an emphasis in sports medicine and performance enhancement. While there, she also gained experience with acute care therapy, neurological rehab and orthopaedics. Mandy joined the Eagle Rehab team in 2007.

Sebreta Segerson, LPTA

Sebreta is a 1996 graduate of Wallace State College, where she received her LPTA degree. Prior to joining the Eagle Rehab team she gained experience in orthopaedics and acute care therapy at Huntsville Hospital. She is also a certified dance instructor at The Dance Company here in Madison. Sebreta’s expertise in dance instruction, injury prevention and orthopaedics provides the treatment necessary for optimal results.

Joshua Arney, LPTA

Josh graduated in 2007 with his LPTA degree from George C. Wallace College in Dothan, Alabama. Before beginning his career in therapy he served in the United States Army followed by working for the Emergency Medical Service in Dothan. Josh joined the Eagle Rehab team in 2008. Also in 2008 he received his certification in the use of Low-Level Laser Therapy.

Dana Johnson, Office Manager

Dana is our Office Manager and has been with our team since 2006. She has 6 years of office experience in a Physical Therapy setting. In those 6 years, she has gained considerable knowledge of several different types of insurances and the requirements of each Individual policy. Dana keeps up to date with Medicare Policy updates and changes by attending Medicare approved CPT, Coding and Billing classes to make the most of your Physical Therapy experience while keeping your out of pocket costs at a minimum.
